WHAT WE
ARE DOING:
  • Every person and guest who enters the site for an appointment, visit, delivery or meeting must sign the visitor log, fill out the Ontario COVID-19 self-assessment and attest that they are not exhibiting any signs of COVID 19 and have not been in contact with a COVID patient over the past fourteen (14) days. The visitor log and meeting sign-in sheets should be retained for a period of 60 days.

  • All guests to Mount Mary Retreat Centre are required to show proof of vaccination in accordance with Ontario law.

  • Dining spaces are set in strict adherence to the Hamilton Public Health guidelines for restaurants and indoor dining.

  • Ensure groups are utilizing spaces in ways that adhere to all provincial and public health guidelines.

  • Enhanced cleaning between groups and high touch point surfaces.

WHAT WE ASK OF OUR VISITORS AND GUESTS:
  • If you do not feel well, are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have come into close contact with someone with a positive case of Covid-19 we ask you to refrain from visiting us.

  • Guests should only access spaces that they have been assigned for their time onsite.

  • Masks are required in all meeting spaces and common spaces including hallways and washrooms.

  • Guests are not to move or relocate tables, chairs or other furniture set out by staff to ensure social distancing can be maintained when necessary.

  • Guests will be encouraged to stay at their assigned tables during dining times and will be instructed when they can go up to receive their meals to prevent congregating near the service line.

  • Masks may be taken off when eating or drinking during meal or refreshment times.

  • Guests should not congregate outside of their meeting/gathering spaces and are required to adhere to all social distancing and masking policies set out by public health.

PLEASE NOTE ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF DOUBLE VACCINATION.
