Pilgrimage/Vidpust

An annual all day Marian Pilgrimage takes place the 4th Sunday of June. Since 1947 groups and individuals have been coming to this pilgrimage site to pray and celebrate their faith. The indulgenced mosaic icon of the Ancaster Mother of God of Divine Love is found in the Byzantine-style shrine on the grounds.

This year’s annual Marian Pilgrimage was held on Sunday, June 26, 2011, highlighting the 10^th Anniversary of the beatification of 27 martyrs of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church and Josaphata Hordashevska, SSMI Co-foundress, during (now-Blessed) Pope John Paul II's pastoral visit to Ukraine in 2001.
